Job Description
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop a training and development program
- Assist in the performance management process
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration and Social Science.
- 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Proven experience as an HR officer.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and office suite.
- Excellent communication skill in writing and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
