Job Summary
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for success of their company’s sales department, ensuring clients are well attended to, oversee the sales reps in the different show rooms, drive company sales targets with team and achieve organizational monthly sales targets. This position will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales targets, and oversee the sales reps in show rooms
- Meeting planned monthly sales goals
- Drive quality customer service to ensure clients are well attended to
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Coordinate the training of your sales team
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements
- Qualifications: B.Sc. in any field
- Experience: 3-5-years experience in the sales of bespoke Male luxury wears or in the Male fashion industry.
Skills:
- Knowledge of the male bespoke fashion industry is a must
- Knowledge of male fashion and sales to high end clients
- Excellent customer relationship management.
- Strong leadership management skills to lead and direct sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel frequently within Nigeria
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
