Job Title: Claim Officer

Responsibilities
- A Claims Officer to handle insurance claims efficiently. This role involves assessing claims, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Claim Processing:
- Review and assess insurance claims.
- Communicate with clients and gather the required documentation.
- Liaise with insurance company and loss adjuster for timely claim settlement.
Documentation and Settlement:
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Determine appropriate claim compensation.
- Process claim payments and ensure timely settlements.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay updated on insurance regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular claims reports.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to clients.
- Proficiency in relevant software.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Insurance
- A minimum of 3 years as a Claim Officer
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the latest local, state and federal insurance-related policies.
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of insurance claims negotiation and settlement techniques.
- Knowledge of Nigerian insurance regulations is a must.
