We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Lead Operational Performance
Location: Nigeria
Department: Commercial
Objectives
- Ensure the overseeing of day to day activities of vessel operations, maintenance and crew management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build metrics, reports and dashboard to analyse operations and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.
- Provide input for business optimization processes and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.
- Build and maintain tool to benchmark operations against industry players and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.
- Prepare regular performance reports to drive business performance review process
Educational Qualification
- First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or any Social Science discipline
- MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Age Limit: 37 years
Experience:
- Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience
- Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.

- Business forecasting skills

- Entrepreneurial skills
- Business acumen
- Knowledge of people management
- Commercial orientation
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry.
