Job Title: Timekeeper
Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities
- A construction timekeeper is an integral part of a construction project.
- He/ She monitor’s the number of hours of labor a construction project is using and the rates of the different workers who are at the site.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee time worked in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding timekeeping matters.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping records.
- Update and maintain timekeeping systems and databases.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new timekeeping policies and procedures
- Train employees and managers on timekeeping procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Always pay attention, be organized, good communication skills, Computer literate.
- May also schedule meetings and maintain schedules for these meetings.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc in relevant field.
- 1 – 2 years working experience in an administrative, Construction or office support role.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Experience with timekeeping software.
- Working knowledge of human resources procedures.
