Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibility
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
- Keeping customer record, interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and request
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Must have 1-2 years experience in a financial institution
- Good communication, Written and verbal skills
- Proximity is the key
