Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of the branch, manage cost, budgets and setting performance objectives.
- Monitor and direct performance by analyzing the branch performance score card
- Ensures business goals and revenue targets are achieved.
- Plan, evaluating and optimize operations to be efficient and cost effective.
- Review the daily repayment reports and other relevant reports per Loan Officer and for the entire Branch as soon as they are available.
- Develop branch staff through, coaching and giving of constructive feedback with an eye towards employee long term career growth.
- Develop and implement marketing and relationship management plans to achieve sales targets for the branch
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable higher institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Branch Manager or Supervisor in a Reputable Microfinance or Commercial Bank
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites- Excel, Power Point, Word and Others
- Good written and verbal communications skill
- Strong Leadership and people management skills
- Commercial mindedness/business acumen
- Strong Analytical Skills – able to read and interpret financial statements and evaluate loan recommendations.
