Travel Frequency: Occasionally
Work Schedule: 8.00 am – 5.00 pm

Purpose of the Job

  • The Head of Marketing & Communications will lead all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects
  • Responsibilities include developing plans to help establish the ipNX brand, allocate resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. With a skill of inspiring the marketing team
  • Ultimately, The Head of Marketing & Communications will run ipNXs’ Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Deliverables Expected Key Results Key Activities

  • Grow Brand Attributes
  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Improve organizations SOV
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Increase Brand value
  • Build and tailor marketing strategies across all relevant media to support the company’s business objectives
  • Achieve operational SLA & KPI’sfor Marketing department
  • Collaborate with wider Marketing team as well as Sales and Product Management to deliver on Marketing targeted goals
  • Employee Development Plan Compliance
  • Supervise, direct and support the marketing team to improve and achieve set individual and organizational goals

Key Competencies, Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or relevant field (2.2 / Upper Credit Minimum)
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field will be advantageous
  • Hands on experience using online channels for brand awareness creation
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases Work Experience:
  • 10 years hands on experience using online channels for brand awareness creation with minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
