Purpose of the Job
- The purpose of this job is to evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities as well as handle
- Deal structuring (Debts / Equity) and other transaction-related matters including attending to Investors and
- related Stakeholders and managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing

- Cash Flow Planning Negotiate and structure financial details.
- Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations.
- Responsible for daily cash management and cash planning.
- Capital Cost Management Tactically develop the ideal weighted average cost of capital (WACC) for optimal value.

- Responsible for dealing with Banks, Investors, Advisers, and related regulatory.
- Investor Relationship Management Provides investment advice, tactics, and recommendations.
- Interact with all departments and stakeholders to ensure completeness of financial analysis and
- investment appraisals.
- Leadership Lead the finance team on any ad-hoc financial evaluation of initiatives.
- Work closely with managers and provide advice, expertise, and guidance to management with regard to the unit(s) of assignment addressing finance-related aspects of business decisions.
- Demonstrate commitment to the highest level of company standards, code of conduct, ethics, quality improvement, and confidentiality.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills
- First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields (2.1/Upper Credit Minimum).
- An MBA or relevant post-graduate/ professional qualification((CIMA, CFA, ACCA, ICAN, etc))
- Expert knowledge in Corporate Finance
- Expert knowledge in Bank transactions
- Expert knowledge in Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Expert knowledge in Fundraising and Deal structuring
- Expert knowledge in Relationship Management
Work Experience:
- Nine (9) to twelve (12) years work experience, with
- at least three (3) years in a managerial role
