Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary
- Perform Civil Engineering duties in planning, and overseeing construction and Civil repairs of the Plant and colony, building structures, facilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Draw out an action plan for the execution of the job with quality and in a safe manner
- Costing of the civil work and putting up the approval prior to the job being taken up.
- Supervise the job and ensure quality of the job and timeliness of execution
- Ensure safe Work Practices are followed during the execution of the job.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001/14001/18001 systems
- All jobs to be carried out through the SAP PM Module
- Performance Appraisal of the subordinates and training needs for their development.
- Will carry out any jobs that may come up or as per the needs of the management
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Civil Engineering.
- Postgraduate/relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of three years (3) years relevant work experience.
Skills and Competences:
- Good knowledge of Civil Engineering
- Good leadership and supervisory skills
- Good knowledge of Civil Engineering practices.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good relationship management and communication skills.
